Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, costs and customs. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Total time = processing (1–3 days) + delivery (5–12 days). These are estimates, not guarantees; remote locations, peak seasons and customs can add time.

3. Multiple shipments

Some orders contain items dispatched from different warehouses. In that case your items may arrive in separate parcels at different times. This is normal and you will not be charged extra.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on destination and order weight.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs clearance may also delay delivery beyond our estimates.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at fatmasayar33@icloud.com within 24 hours.

8. Lost, delayed or stuck shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at fatmasayar33@icloud.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.
